Nicole Ritchie

Nicole is an outstanding leader, she has a passion for connecting people with the right resources to make her successful. I have seen her grow immensely with her participation in Non-profits such as NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) and build relationships in her career to enhance the community she lives in, like hire LRTC students to work at her company to encourage more high schoolers to get into the trades. She is extremely passionate about what she does and makes it known that she cares deeply about the people around her.
