Finest Under 40 Category Descriptions
For complete rules on nominations and voting, please visit the Program FAQs.
For 2022, the Finest Under 40 Steering Committee looked to revise the categories to be a better reflection of the young professional population in our community. Although they are equally important, rather than focusing on personal characteristics we want to shift the attention to the area’s industries and the employees who are at every career stage; entry-level through executives and decision-makers.
Each of the categories below has occupations listed to help provide some type of framework; this is not an all encompassing list. If you have an individual that fits a category that is not listed, choose “Other” on the nomination form and create your own!
