Jaclyn Bergmann

Jaclyn Bergman is my current manager and employer. She is a standout leader at Gritty Mcduffs. The ability to manage a team while being completely professional is something that Jackie shows as a second nature for herself. She has a kind heart and cares for everyone single person who walks through the front doors of Grittys. I believe that Jackie deserves this award more than any other nominee. She’s a light in every room, rain or shine. I’ve never experienced management the way that Jaclyn manages. She maintains a huge role in the community and will never disappoint!
