This is a plumber that truly goes above and beyond. We asked him to help us with a couple plumbing projects we tried to initially take on ourselves and failed at. He took the time to show us how to do the job in the future, and some common mistakes people make when they try to DIY it. It wasn’t in a condescending sort of way, just genuinely wanting to show us because he could tell we were interested. He also noticed a project that wasn’t installed correctly in our basement, not only saving us thousands in repairs since it was still under warranty, but a lot more in prevented damage. It’s hard to find such genuine people, and this person is one of them.
