“Heidi is committed to bringing the community together. She has previously been on the YPLAA professional development committee where she coordinated Candid Candidates, giving people the access to learn more about candidates running for local office. This work has extended to the creation of Lewiston Rocks FB page where community members can engage on matters important to them. It has not only been a great resource for people to discuss matters with one another, but a place where information, such as snow removal schedules can be communicated directly to community members. Additionally, Heidi has engaged in workforce development roundtable that provided valuable information that is now guiding the City of Lewiston’s pilot construction trades workforce training program. Heidi has a strong commitment to Lewiston/Auburn and an amazing capacity to bring people together that should not be overlooked.”

“Heidi has been managing the Facebook civic engagement group Lewiston Rocks and has organized a successful Lewiston community gathering in the wake of political and social unrest due to the present U.S. administration.
Last fall Heidi spearheaded discussions among folks running for local political office (mayor, city council, school committee, etc.) and kept things fair and civil.
She’s an asset to our community.”

“I have known for this young women for many years and watched her involved many community events. She is people person–always want to meet new people and eager to learn from people who is different than her. She is a founder of LewistonRocks page which has near 1,000 participants. She have organized many community events–which had great turnouts. She is volunteers few local non-profits and passionate helping her community thrive and unite.  She has been actively involved in our community since I have know her and helping her community in any way she can and  unite them.
