Heritier Nosso

Professional Impact

Heritier Nosso is a respected entrepreneur and community advocate who has made a lasting mark on the Lewiston–Auburn area. A former attorney from the Democratic Republic of Congo, he now owns a successful consulting business providing tax preparation and business advising services. As the only New Mainer in Lewiston–Auburn listed in the IRS Return Preparer Directory, Heritier has helped many immigrant entrepreneurs start and manage their own businesses. His leadership and advocacy have also advanced inclusion and access, including his efforts to ensure immigrants could take learner’s permit exams during the pandemic.

Personal Passions

Driven by a lifelong passion for learning and service, Heritier continually strives to empower others. He has completed programs with Harvard Business School and the University of Maine School of Law and takes pride in seeing those he’s mentored succeed. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, listening to motivational speakers, and outdoor activities like mini golf, paintball, and snowmobiling—all reflections of his energetic and optimistic spirit.
