“Julia is active in community- as Vice President of Grow L+A, coordinator of Good Food Council of Lewiston Auburn, a planner of LA Green Drinks, and the coordinator, connector and event planner extraordinaire at Baxter. In each of these roles she displays leaders, love of community and passion for the cause. She is mindful of connecting opportunities, individuals and organizations across our community.

Julia has a leadership style that is patient, listening to others deeply then nurturing solutions from within those she works with. Her ability to support others and their efforts is a great example of facilitative leadership, and she shows those traits at every opportunity. We are fortunate to have her in LA, working towards our future as an emerging leader.”
