Kasandra is truly invested in helping people. She has experienced struggles in her own life that she has shared openly and has made it her personal mission to help others obtain meaningful employment through fair chance practices.

Working Fields is a business on a mission to make a difference in the lives of others and create truly inclusive workplaces where both employees and employers are supported in overcoming barriers to employment and success. Kasandra’s role as Account Manager allows her to serve the Auburn-Lewiston community through connecting with job seekers in the community and coaching them through overcoming barriers and challenges that may have kept them from being successful in employment previously. She strives to create supportive and positive relationships in coaching job seekers and hired Working Fields associates, providing a hand up to help others reach success. She is self-motivated, compassionate, and skilled; and she uses both her lived experience in overcoming challenges and her professional skill set to lead by example, reduce stigma, and inspire others! She pours positivity, hope, and collaboration into the community every day in the work she does, and she is such a wonderful addition to the amazing collaborative work in our community.
