She played a pivotal role in establishing the Maine Resiliency Center following the 2023 tragedy in Lewiston, demonstrating her ability to act decisively, compassionately, and collaboratively during critical moments. Kelsey’s work bridges funding, programming, and community engagement, providing both the resources and the voice that help programs thrive and make a tangible impact. She also serves as Vice President of the YWCA Central Maine Board, advancing equity, leadership, and opportunity for women and families across the region.
