Kelsey Miller is a skilled nonprofit professional and the Resource Development Manager at Community Concepts Inc. (CCI), where she combines expertise in grant writing, event planning, and organizational leadership to ensure vital services reach thousands in need. She played a pivotal role in establishing the Maine Resiliency Center following the 2023 tragedy in Lewiston, demonstrating her ability to act decisively, compassionately, and collaboratively during critical moments. Kelsey’s work bridges funding, programming, and community engagement, providing both the resources and the voice that help programs thrive and make a tangible impact. She also serves as Vice President of the YWCA Central Maine Board, advancing equity, leadership, and opportunity for women and families across the region.

Kelsey’s dedication to her work is matched by her love for her family and the outdoors. She lives in Lewiston with her husband and their dog, cherishing time spent exploring trails, walking riverwalks, and enjoying the natural beauty of Androscoggin County. She also values family connections, drawing inspiration and joy from her large extended family’s deep roots in the area. Love for Androscoggin

Kelsey has a strong appreciation for the culture, arts, and outdoor offerings of Lewiston–Auburn. She enjoys walking along the riverwalks, exploring local trails such as Mt. Apatite and Thorncrag Bird Sanctuary, and visiting the scenic Bates College campus. She supports local businesses, frequently visiting area restaurants and breweries, including Gritty’s, Baxter, DaVinci’s, and Flux. Through her personal and professional life, Kelsey demonstrates a genuine connection to the community and a passion for celebrating all that Androscoggin County has to offer.
