Natalie Washburn

Natalie was recently named President of Community Concepts Finance Corporation (CFCC) after serving in her role as V.P. of Lending for residential and commercial loan clients. She started working for CCFC in 2017 as a Business Advisor. Learning and growing rapidly within each of her roles has gotten her where she is today as President. Her client relationships are cordial, professional and productive. In her 7 years at CCFC, she has become the go to person for clients and staff. In a mission-driven non-profit organization, Natalie understands the compassion component in working with clients challenged with obtaining financing. As an Underwriter, she has shown compassion with sincerity, hard work and determination where it may be overlooked elsewhere.
In step with Community Concepts Inc., Natalie has given her time annually organizing and gift-giving for local holiday giving trees and teen fundraisers, has volunteered with various Community Concepts events and in the past been on the Board of Directors for local Chambers.
