Earlier this year, Olivia was voted “Employee of the Year for 2021” at Androscoggin Bank. Olivia was hired in 2018 as a Client Service Representative. In 2019, she was promoted to her current position of Client Service Representative II. Many of the nominations for her Employee of the Year award detailed stories where Olivia provided exemplary service to her clients-from preventing a client from falling victim to a fraud scheme to assisting a client with settling a parent’s estate. The nominations from her coworkers talked about her caring and empathy, and willingness to go beyond the call of duty for her clients. Several other nominations were from colleagues thanking her for her flexibility in filling in when branch offices needed her expertise- even spending time working half days at two different locations-and her willingness to help whenever needed. Her clients and coworkers continue to express their appreciation of her professionalism, expertise, kindness and compassion. Olivia exemplifies someone who brings their finest to work every single day.
Olivia has worked for the bank for 4 years. In those 4 years she moved from a CSR I to a Senior CSR. She won the Employee of the Year award in 2021 for her excellent client interactions and the lasting impression she makes on people. Her ability to form relationships with clients and peers is unmatched. She has a large strength in developing others around her and serves as a role model in her daily work role.
