Sarah consistently exceeds expectations in all areas of delivery. She gives 100% in all functions of her role, and continues to go above and beyond to provide necessary support to her retail team or create impact in all areas of the bank. She has made an incredible effort to not only exceed expectations in all areas of operations, but to create more strategic impact that will benefit the entire organization. Examples of these initiatives are building sales toolkits, supporting the sales playbook, owning role based meetings, uncovering areas where the bank has opportunities for process improvement (CTR’s, fraud, etc.), Saturday Hour strategy, regional banker utilization, etc. Sarah also coordinates and plans the December annual meeting for retail, holds all market managers accountable to meet budget goals, and is a leader and a critical voice at our decision making table.

Sarah has evidenced leadership and expertise consistently. She is our go to for retail in all areas of operations, processes, policies, procedures, and vendor management and system related questions

Sarah is a brand ambassador for Androscoggin Bank, within and outside of the organization. She builds positive relationships at all levels of the bank and adds tremendous value through her ownership, empowerment, and connection values

Sarah is very involved at all levels. She attends all community events that she can, is very involved in the annual Moxie Fest, and has consistent volunteer hours.

Sarah is a leader within Androscoggin Bank, where she is responsible for a multitude of different projects. She is always willing to help out, and often goes above and beyond what she is asked to do in order to help her fellow colleagues. She regularly volunteers within the community and is very involved in the Moxie Festival as well.
