“Thomas is the bartender of L/A. Working for and helping launch several establishments, including Marche, Orchid, the Vault. He also collaborates and consults to build better bar programs throughout the L/A area (Mac’s, Fuel, Rails, etc.). The man is a creative genius with what he can do with a few simple (or several) ingredients. His concoctions can bring us to another time and place. Tailoring drinks to our moods, menu selections and more! He cares deeply about the community he grew up in and uses his spot behind the bar to connect with community members. Thomas Ardia, is THE mixologist of L/A. His fresh take on simple classics is reinventing the way our community celebrates, and sips! Well done, Tom!”
