“RJ oversees the finance, billing and information systems at Androscoggin Home Healthcare + Hospice while creating and implementing financial and organizational strategies and metrics of a $42 Million organization. He was hired as the Director of Finance in 2017 and quickly transitioned to the CFO in 2019 when the position became available. Prior to coming to Androscoggin, he was the CFO at Pine Tree Society. As a financial leader in healthcare, RJ is committed to providing high quality patient care, always focusing on patient-centered delivery of care. He is instrumental in keeping Androscoggin financially healthy in an ever-changing, highly regulated healthcare system. He is thoughtful in his decisions and has created a wonderful work culture within his team and throughout the organization. He is a graduate of Thomas College with a MBA and currently working on his Ph.D. in Business Administration specializing in Healthcare from Walden University. He serves on business committees of the Homecare and Hospice Managers Association, an affiliation of the National Association of Healthcare. He is married to Kari-Grant Gagnon and they live in Turner with their two sons. They have been foster parents working with DHS in successfully reuniting children with their parents.
