Ashley Lauze

Ashley is a real, live unicorn–she is a rare mix of passionate and organized, friendly and firm. A case manager at RCOM’s residential substance use treatment facility for the past two years, Ashley earned and accepted a big promotion this year to become the Program Manager. Always a leader, Ashley keeps the people around her on the ball by providing good direction, healthy boundaries, high expectations, and a high degree of accountability. Ashley is relentless in her work because she cares about and believes in the people for whom she works, who are often experiencing the hardest times of their lives when they enter the program. Ashley is a rising star as a professional in the central Maine healthcare scene and her hard work does our community proud.
