Nikki exemplifies resilience and determination. As a young Mexican-American and dedicated single parent, she has faced and overcome significant challenges to achieve great success. Since joining Roopers in 2012, Nikki has proven her sharp mind and strong work ethic, rising through the ranks to become both our Events Coordinator and Inventory Control lead across all six locations.

Her invaluable contributions have shaped Roopers over the years, from helping launch new store locations to training countless managers and employees. Nikki’s dedication and passion are woven into the fabric of Roopers’ success story.
