Alyson Daniels

2020 Nominee

Education

Event Coordinator

Central Maine Community College

Nominator’s Comments:
“Alyson is the backbone of the Center for Workforce & Professional Development at CMCC. She has created efficiencies in learner registration, contract training implementation, and has coordinated a few large educator conferences. Alyson does all of the marketing for our trainings. She has identified areas for courses/workshops not previously offered and has identified subject matter experts as trainers. Alyson is always looking for new educational offerings to add to our catalog of courses. She has recently taken over the Center for Testing and Assessment at the college and has become a certified proctor for 14 different testing vendors in a month, made shifts in vendor exam scheduling to meet the needs of our community and adult learners. These shifts were to make these certification/licensure exams more accessible. She is active on the Tourism Committee and is on the Uplift LA steering committee. She also volunteers each year for the Dempsey Challenge, last year she coordinated the beer tent for the event.” – Anonymous
