“Joline is a rising star. She began her journey serving the community through AmeriCorps completing over 1900 service hours traveling abroad. She started a career in the banking industry as a teller and has worked her way through the ranks to become an assistant manager. She is a single mom who is working on completing her Master’s degree in business. Joline has a positive attitude and smile that can light up the room. She is dedicated to her team and strives each day to work hard and make people happy. Through her leadership she has convinced staff to better themselves through higher education. She has taken part in Uplift events and looks for ways to continue to be involved in her community. She has a passion and drive to succeed and see her community succeed. She has only just begun her journey but she is a rising star that will only continue to shine and lead.”
