Nominator’s Comments:
“Kristine’s day job is working in a team of healthcare professionals at St. Mary’s Hospital to help patients address their dietary needs and achieve their healthy nutrition goals as a Clinical Dietician. In her other waking hours Kristine volunteers to lead in numerous other community organizations and projects. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Central Maine, whose mission is to eliminate racism and empower women while promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. Kristine also serves as a valued member of the Planning Board for the City of Lewiston. There is more, but this is more than enough to know that we are lucky to have Kristine as part of our vibrant community in LA!”
