Finest Under 40 Nomination Form

Nominations for the 2023 Finest Under 40 Program are now closed! Check out who was nominated as a 2023 Finest Under 40 Nominee.

Please use this form to nominate an individual in the community for consideration as one of Uplift LA’s Finest Under 40. As the name indicates, nominated individuals must be under the age of 40 before December 31, 2023. If the age of your nominee is unknown, complete the form below and we will verify the information for you.

An individual from each category will be recognized for their contributions to our community based on nominations and community voting. Uplift LA will then recognize these individuals at an in-person recognition event on Tuesday, November 21, 2023; stay tuned for specific event details.

Nominations will end on September 22nd. Voting will begin on October 13th.
